Kamila and Alexander’s Sutton Bonington Hall outdoor ceremony was one for the books! Set in the stunning gardens of this Leicestershire wedding venue, their outdoor ceremony was a picture perfect moment. After a rainy, overcast morning, the sun finally made an appearance just in time for them to say, “I do.”

Sutton Bonington Hall is an exclusive use wedding venue in the East Midlands, and its beautifully manicured gardens provided the perfect setting for Kamila and Alexander’s vows. With pink and green as their main wedding colours, the florals and décor blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Guests took their seats on the lawn, just as the sun began to shine in time to create the most magical atmosphere.

A Romantic Garden Ceremony

The ceremony was absolutely stunning. As Kamila walked down the aisle to the enchanting sounds of a live cello duo, Alexander’s beaming smile said it all. With the gorgeous August sun shining down, they exchanged vows and rings in the most heartfelt moment. As newlyweds, they made their way back down the aisle, greeted by the cheers of their loved ones and a shower of confetti—the perfect start to their celebrations!

Heartfelt Speeches & Lawn Games

After the ceremony, Kamila and Alexander joined their guests on the lawn for drinks and canapés, soaking up the atmosphere and making the most of the sunshine. Just before heading in for the wedding breakfast, we took a wander around the gorgeous gardens for some relaxed, natural couple photos—and honestly, every single spot made an incredible backdrop!

The speeches were a perfect mix of emotion and laughter, with heartfelt words from the father of the groom, the groom, the bridesmaids (Kamila’s sisters), and the best men (the groom’s brothers). There were plenty of happy tears and lots of big laughs—the perfect combination for any wedding speech!

The afternoon and evening had such a fun, laid back vibe, with guests making full use of the garden games before the dancefloor action got underway.

A Live Band & A Party to Remember

As the sun set, the evening reception kicked off in style with a live set from one of the groom’s brothers’ bands—and wow, did they know how to get the party started! The dancefloor was packed all night, only briefly pausing for a sparkler exit before the celebrations carried on into the night.
