What is 'documentary' wedding photography?
This approach is all about telling the story of your day, with an emphasis on candid, unplanned shots that reflect the true atmosphere and emotions of your wedding. While there will always be a few planned shots, such as group photos and a handful of styled details during the morning prep, my goal is to keep your day as authentic to you as possible. When it comes to couple shots, I’ll be on hand to gently guide you with prompts rather than stiff poses, ensuring these moments feel natural and allowing your genuine connection to shine through.
Will we meet before the day?
Absolutely! I always recommend a face to face meeting so we can get to know each other and discuss the running of the day. If for any reason this is not possible a zoom call works just as well.
Is there a charge for travel?
For wedding days there is no additional cost for travel anywhere in England. There is an additional cost for weddings in Scotland and Wales or any destination weddings. Let me know more details about your day and I’d be more than happy to send across a quote.
How do we book you?
I’m so glad to hear you’d like to book me! To complete the booking all I’d require is a £350 deposit to secure the date as well as a signed contract.
How long will it take to receive the final gallery?
The final gallery will be ready no later than 8 weeks after your big day. A small preview gallery of 20-30 images will be sent across within 72 hours.
Can we upgrade our package after we've booked?
Absolutely! Any of the additional extras can be added at any point, even after you’ve booked me. If you’ve chosen one of my smaller packages, you’re more than welcome to upgrade to a larger package with more coverage at any time. I’m flexible to ensure your wedding photography meets your needs as your plans evolve.
